- Orders are shipped correctly
Repeated violations may result in:

- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

- Reporting issues within the allowed return window
Returns based on:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected
- Incorrect order placed by customer
